Sutrick, 21, Gillett. on felony charges of possession of THC (second-plus offense) and a misdemeanor charge, which allegedly occurred July 8 in Gillett. A $1,500 cash bond continues. A preliminary hearing is Oct. 14. An arraignment was held for Bowe D.L. Gagnon, 19, Abrams. He pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of burglary to a building or a dwelling, party to a crime, and two misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred July 10 in Stiles. A $1,000 cash bond continues. A status conference is Oct. 1. An adjourned initial appearance was held for Owen R. Birr, 34, Oconto Falls, on a felony charge of stalking, which allegedly occurred Aug. 9 in Underhill. A $5,000 cash bond continues. A status conference is Sept. 17. Johnson, 26, Green Bay, on a felony charge of possession of narcotic drugs and three misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred June 13 in Little Suamico. A $5,000 signature bond continues. A preliminary hearing is Sept. 29. An adjourned initial appearance was held for Tyler J. Wolf, 25, Oconto, on a felony charge of strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse, repeater) and three misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred Aug. 13 in Oconto. A $20,000 cash bond continues. A preliminary hearing is Sept. 21. An adjourned initial appearance was held for Jason R. Koehler, 36, Marinette, on a felony charge of theft of movable property (greater than $10,000) and a misdemeanor charge, which allegedly occurred Sept. 2 in Oconto. A $2,500 cash bond continues. A preliminary hearing is Sept 17. An initial appearance was held for Nancy L. Huycke-Lewis, 55, Oconto, on two felony charges of issue/ineligible person food stamps ($100-$5,000) and illegal transfer of food stamps ($100-$5,000), which allegedly occurred Nov. 1, 2014, to Dec. 15, 2014, in Oconto. The court set a $2,500 signature bond. A preliminary hearing is Oct. 28. An initial appearance was held for Virginia M. Huycke, 30, Oconto, on three felony charges of issue/ineligible person food stamps ($100-$5,000), illegal transfer of food stamps ($100-$5,000) and misstate facts in food stamps application ($100-$5,000), which allegedly occurred Nov. 1, 2014, to Dec. 15, 2014, in Oconto. Leathers, 36, Oconto, on a felony charge of bail jumping, which allegedly occurred Aug. 2 in Oconto. The court set a $20,000 cash bond. A preliminary hearing is Sept 18. An adjourned initial appearance/waiver preliminary hearing was held for Corey W. Stewart, 21, Oconto, on a felony charge of manufacturing/delivering THC (repeater) and a misdemeanor charge which allegedly occurred Sept. 8 in Oconto. The court set a $2,500 cash bond. An arraignment is Sept 18. Proceedings from Sept. 9 A sentencing after revocation hearing was held for Andrew E. Fountain, 67, Pickford, Michigan, on a felony charge of failure to support a child (120-plus days) and two misdemeanor charges, which occurred May 1, 2011, in Oconto County. He was sentenced to 18 months incarceration, concurrent with a Brown County sentence, and two years extended supervision, with conditions of alcohol and other drug abuse, cognitive thinking and behavior programs, assessments, evaluations, treatments and follow though. He must obtain and maintain a stable residence, follow all conditions set forth in child support cases and maintain absolute sobriety. For count two, he was sentenced to 245 days jail and given 245 days credit. On count three, he was sentenced to 245 days jail, concurrent with a Brown County sentence. Proceedings from Sept. 8. An arraignment was held for Brody J. Tappa, 21, Oconto. He pleaded not guilty to charges of battery, repeater; disorderly conduct, domestic abuse, repeater; and criminal damage to property, repeater; all which allegedly occurred July 9 in the town of Oconto. A cash bond of $20,000 continue. A pretrial conference is Oct. 8. An arraignment was held for Michael R. Knight, 33, Oconto Falls. He pleaded guilty to felony charges of child abuse- intentionally causing harm, repeater, and two misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred July 26 in Oconto Falls. A $5,000 cash bond continues. A pretrial conference is Oct. 8. An arraignment was held for James L. Nerenhausen, 18, Oconto. The court amended the felony charges of child abuse, intentionally causing harm, on July 19 in Oconto, to two misdemeanor charges. He pleaded not guilty. An initial appearance was held for a felony charge of exposing a child to harmful material and a misdemeanor charge, which allegedly occurred June 15 and July 19 in Oconto. A $500 cash bond was increased to $5,000. A status conference/preliminary hearing is Oct. 1. A waiver preliminary hearing was held for Pauline M. Grundman, 61, Oconto Falls, on a felony charge of injury by negligent use of weapon/explosive, party to a crime, and a misdemeanor charge, which allegedly occurred July 4 in Oconto Falls. A $2,000 signature bond continues. An arraignment is Oct. 8. A waiver preliminary hearing was held for David M. Cameron, 44, Oconto Falls, on a felony charge of injury by negligent use of weapon/explosive, party to a crime, and a misdemeanor charge, which allegedly occurred July 4 in Oconto Falls. A $1,000 signature bond continues. An arraignment is Oct. 8. A waiver preliminary hearing was held for Jacob F. Cruz, 27, Marinette, on a felony charge of vehicle operator fleeing or eluding officer and two misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred Aug. 8 in Brazeau. A $2,500 cash bond continues. An arraignment is Sept. 16.
