Proceedings from Nov. 6 An adjourned initial appearance, waiver preliminary hearing and arraignment were held for Christopher M. Biersteker, 19, Green Bay. He pleaded not guilty to felony charges of injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle, two counts, injury by use of vehicle PAC, two counts, and reckless driving causing great bodily harm, two counts, which allegedly occurred Sept. 7 in Lakewood. A $10,000 cash bond continues. A status conference and plea hearing are Nov. 23. A continued initial appearance was held for Jason M. Linder, 29, Oconto Falls, on a felony charge of child abuse recklessly cause harm, which allegedly occurred Sept. 1 through Oct. 16 in Oconto Falls. A $5,000 cash bond continues. A preliminary hearing is Nov. 23. An initial appearance was held for Steven L. Marcotte, 28, Peshtigo, on felony charges of vehicle operator fleeing and eluding an officer, battery of a peace officer, repeater, escape, repeater, and five misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred Aug. 31 and Nov. 5 in Oconto. The court set a $50,000 cash bond. A continued initial appearance is Nov. 17. Proceedings from Nov. 2 A sentencing hearing was held for John J. Osmond, 32, Oconto, on felony charges of possession of THC (second-plus offense), which occurred April 8 in the Oconto. A sentence of one year incarceration was withheld, and he was placed on probation one year, with 15 days of jail. He must complete alcohol and other drug abuse treatment and any other treatments, assessments and follow-through and maintain absolute sobriety. The court dismissed a misdemeanor charge. An arraignment was held for Heidi M. Peterson, 19, Abrams. She stood mute and the court entered a guilty plea to felony charges of second-degree recklessly endangering safety (five counts) and a misdemeanor charge, which allegedly occurred Sept. 23 in Pensaukee. A $15,000 cash bond continues. A pretrial conference is Nov. 11. An arraignment was held for Clinton B. Ryczek, 24, Oconto Falls. He stood mute on a felony charge of burglary of a building or a dwelling and a misdemeanor charge, which allegedly occurred June 10 in Stiles. A $500 cash bond continues. A plea and sentencing hearing is Nov. 16. An initial appearance was held for Esequiel G. Garcia , 46, Oconto, on a felony charge of possession of narcotic drugs (repeater), which allegedly occurred Oct. 30 in Oconto. The court set a $5,000 cash bond. A continued initial appearance is Nov. 17.
