Julie S. Mann, 51, Oconto, entered a not guilty plea to, as a convicted felon, possessing a firearm. She was arrested Aug. 28 in Oconto. Her pretrial conference will be held Oct. 10, and a $2,500 cash bond continues.
Brandon Degrand Foley-Fraser, 19, Oconto, was ordered to pay $883 in fines and court costs after he pleaded no contest to possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested May 11 in Oconto. A charge of manufacturing a controlled substance was dismissed.
Laura L. Dey, 33, Oconto Falls, made an initial appearance on charges of being party to burglary and to counts of being party to theft, which allegedly took place between July 15 and 24 in Oconto Falls, party to theft of movable property July 10 to 14 in Oconto Falls, and two counts of felony bail jumping on Sept. 12 and 18. She is also charged with retail theft intentionally concealing merchandise taken during the burglaries. Her appearance is continued to Oct. 7, and a $5,000 signature bond continues.
Sarah M. Cadieux, 27, De Pere, entered no contest pleas to being party to a burglary while armed with a dangerous weapon on May 30 in the town of Little Suamico and to misdemeanor theft on the same date. A presentence investigation was ordered with sentencing Nov. 11. A $2,500 cash bond continues.
An arraignment will be Oct. 10 for David A. Wilson, 28, Appleton. He is accused of first degree sexual assault of a child, repeated sexual assault of a child, repeated sexual assault of a child under the age of 13, and first degree sexual assault of a child under the age of 13. The offenses allegedly took place between May 1, 2012, and Aug. 1, 2013, in the town of Mountain. His bond of $10,000 continues.
Probable cause was shown at a preliminary hearing for Nicholas M. Lane, 28, Oconto, that he attempted to flee or elude a traffic officer, obstructed an officer and acted in a way that displayed disorderly conduct on Aug. 18 in Oconto, and of false imprisonment, strangulation and suffocation and battery on Aug. 16 in Oconto. His arraignment is Sept. 25, and a $5,000 cash bond continues. He is to have no contact with the alleged victim or her residence and no alcohol or illegal drugs.

An initial appearance for Curtis C. Laack, Plain, will continue Oct. 10. He is charged with issuing a worthless check to Nolan Auctions Inc. for $8,255 on June 15 in the town of Lena. A $10,000 signature bond was set.

A bench warrant has been issued for the arrest of Patrick M. Heath, 32, Scott City, Kan. He failed to appear at his preliminary hearing for two charges of driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle, fifth or sixth offense. He was arrested June 15 in the town of Mountain. A $2,500 cash bond was revoked.
Brenda L. Prey, 34, Oconto, pleaded not guilty to hit-and-run causing injury on June 7 in Oconto. Her pretrial will take place Oct. 3, and a $1,000 cash bond continues.
An arraignment is Oct. 10 for Daniel J. Vandenack, 53, Fond du Lac. He is charged with being party to a burglary and theft between May 26, 2012, and May 28, 2012, in the town of Little Suamico; party to burglary and theft between June 17 and 18, 2012; party to burglary and causing criminal damage to property June 17 or 18, 2012, in the town of of Stiles; party to attempted burglary and causing criminal damage to property June 16, 2012, in the town of Stiles; and party to burglary and party to causing criminal damage to property June 22, 2012, in the town of Lakewood. His $1,000 cash bond continues.

An arraignment is scheduled Oct. 10 for Brett J. Woodke, 25, Suring. He was arrested Aug. 25 in the town of Breed on two counts of first-degree recklessly endangering the safety of others, two counts of pointing a firearm at another, for disorderly conduct, battery and bail jumping. His $100,000 cash bond continues.
A preliminary hearing is Oct. 2 for Charles M. Galbraith, 51, Pound, who is accused of eight counts of failure to pay child support between March 1, 2009, and March 22, 2012. His $2,500 signature bond continues.

James J. Magee, 19, Gillett, is to appear at a preliminary hearing Sept. 26. He is charged with being party to burglary and theft at Stiles Food and Fuel on May 9, burglary and theft at Northwoods Sporting Goods, Lena, on May 12, and party to theft at the Oconto Laundromat on May 13. His bond of $2,500 cash continues.
An initial appearance will continue Oct. 10 for Dylan J. Wittock, 19, Lena. He faces charges of being party to burglary, causing criminal damage and theft at Stiles Food and Fuel on May 9, and party to theft at the Oconto Laundromat on May 13. A $5,000 signature bond continues.
A preliminary hearing is Nov. 11 for Robert J. Gartzke, 62, Lakewood, accused of two counts of possession of a controlled substance when arrested July 14 in the town of Lakewood. His $2,000 signature bond continues.
Justin L. Nernberger, 17, Oconto Falls, pleaded not guilty to being party to a burglary on June 26 in the town of Abrams. His pretrial conference is Nov. 12, and a $5,000 signature bond continues.
Dakota Dickinson, 18, Oconto Falls, stood mute at his arraignment, and the court entered a not guilty plea on his behalf. He is charged with being party to a burglary at the Trackside Bar in the town of Abrams on June 26. His pretrial conference will be held Oct. 10, and a $5,000 cash bond continues.
A preliminary hearing will be Sept. 20 for Randall L. Van Hecke Jr., 30, Oconto Falls. He is charged with strangulation and suffocation as a repeater, with repeatedly causing criminal damage to property, and repeated disorderly conduct. He was arrested Aug. 18 in Oconto Falls. His $750 cash bond continues.
A status conference is Oct. 10 for Tyson E. Rogers, 31, Wautoma, who faces charges of being party to burglary at the Abrams Feed Mill on Sept. 6 and with being party to theft of movable property on that same date. His $2,000 cash bond continues.
A preliminary hearing will be Oct. 4 for Brandon J. Bero, 19, Sheboygan. He was arrested July 21 in Oconto for child abuse intentionally causing harm. His $500 cash bond continues.
Nancy S. McCarthy, 28, Baileys Harbor, entered a not guilty plea to possessing narcotic drugs on March 16 in the town of Little Suamico. Her pretrial conference is Oct. 10, and her $2,000 signature bond continues.
