Stanley B. LeClair, 64, Athelstane, entered a plea of not guilty by reason of mental defect to a stalking charge, which allegedly occurred between May 23 and June 2 in the town of Townsend. A status conference is set for Dec. 23, and a $10,000 cash bond continues.
Breanna J. Heller, 22, Green Bay, entered not guilty pleas to causing substantial battery and disorderly conduct. She was arrested July 6 in the town of Lena. Her pretrial conference is Dec. 16, and a $2,000 cash bond continues.
A pretrial conference is Dec. 5 for Thomas J. LaViolette, 42, Oconto. He is accused of strangulation and suffocation, battery and disorderly conduct and was arrested Aug. 10 in Oconto. A $500 cash bond continues.
Sarah M. Cadieux, 27, De Pere, was sentenced to six years in prison for being party to a burglary while arming herself with a dangerous weapon and with party to a burglary, both which took place May 30 in the town of Little Suamico. The sentence was imposed and stayed and she was placed on probation five years, ordered to spend seven months in jail, pay joint and several restitution of $3,750.62, $278 court costs, attend alcohol and other drug abuse assessment and follow through, maintain absolute sobriety, seek employment and have no contact with the alleged victims. Charges of being party to three counts of theft were read in and dismissed.
An arraignment is Dec. 9 for Daniella M. Donaldson, 20, Green Bay. She is accused of being party to burglary while arming herself with a dangerous weapon, being party to burglary and party to three counts of theft, which allegedly took place May 30 in the town of Little Suamico. Her $5,000 cash bond continues.

Proceedings from Oct. 30
An arraignment is Nov. 15 for Brian C. Vincent, 27, Abrams. He is accused of being party to maintaining a drug trafficking place, party to possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and party to possessing drug paraphernalia. He was arrested Sept. 3 in Abrams. A $500 cash bond continues.
Jessica M. Hager, 25, Abrams, appeared in court on charges of being party to maintaining a drug trafficking place, party to possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and party to possession of drug paraphernalia. Her arraignment will be Nov. 15. She was arrested Sept. 3 in Abrams, and her $500 cash bond continues.
Chad W. Fischer, 34, Oconto Falls, entered not not guilty pleas to charges of manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of amphetamine drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, a bail jumping charge that occurred Jan. 1, 2013, and two counts of felony bail jumping and a theft charge for which he was arrested Sept. 10 in Oconto Falls. A status conference is Nov. 27, and a $8,000 cash bond continues.
Jonathan R. Franz, 40, Green Bay, was sentenced to three years and two months in prison for child enticement using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime on March 9, 2012, in Lena, and he was ordered to pay $268 court costs plus a $764 fine. He must receive sex offender treatment and anger management treatment. An additional three years in prison was ordered and stayed on felony bail jumping charges, causing criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct, which took place April 15, 2012, in Oconto, for which he was placed on probation three years.

John P. Kollman, 34, Green Bay, pleaded not guilty to being party to burglary and party to theft, which allegedly took place May 10 in the town of Chase. His pretrial will take place Dec. 9, and a $500 cash bond continues.
Jeffrey J. Smet, 46, Oconto, pleaded not guilty to possession of narcotics, theft and possession with intent to deliver non-narcotic drugs. He was arrested Sept. 20 in Gillett. His $5,000 cash bond continues.
