Larry W. Adams, 68, of Shawano, passed away on Wednesday, July 22, 2015, in Shawano. Born on March 6, 1947, in Shawano, he was the son of the late Wallace Adams and Laverne (Krumm) Baldwin.
Larry served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. On May 10, 1969, in Manitowoc, he was united in marriage to Cheryl Schmidt. They lived in Manitowoc until 1989, when they moved to Shawano. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, but most of all, loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Besides his wife, Cheryl, he is survived by their four sons, Kevin (Beth), of Shawano, Craig (Reba), of Hartford, Cory (Nicole), of Pewaukee, and Keith, of Shawano; four grandchildren, Abrah, Keegan, Ethan and Alexander; and his mother, Laverne.
He was preceded in death by his father, Wallace.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2015, from 1-3 p.m. at the VFW Hall in Shawano.
