3 charged in Angelica drug bust

Three men were charged Monday with multiple felony drug counts after a search warrant was executed at their residence in the town of Angelica last week. Joshua M. Natzke, 23, of Bonduel, was charged with three felony counts of manufacturing and delivering marijuana; two felony counts of maintaining a drug trafficking place; and one felony count of possession of narcotic drugs. Luke J. Suski, 21, of Zachow, was charged with a felony count of possession with intent to deliver marijuana and a felony count of maintaining a drug trafficking place. Sydney A. Kassube, 22, of Bonduel, was charged with two felony counts of possession of narcotic drugs, maintaining a drug trafficking place, and a felony count of second and subsequent offense possession of marijuana. The Shawano County Sheriff’s Department and other law enforcement agencies executed a search warrant at their residence in the unincorporated area of Zachow in the town of Angelica on Thursday. The state Division of Criminal Investigation, the Shawano Police Department and the Wisconsin State Patrol assisted in the execution of the search warrant. According to the criminal complaints, more than 3,629 grams of marijuana were seized, along with 0.7 grams of heroin, multiple smoking devices and $3,505 in cash. The complaint against Natzke also alleges that authorities working with a confidential informant purchased marijuana from him in Bonduel on three occasions in January. Each of the felony counts against each of three men carries a maximum possible penalty of 3½ years in prison and a $10,000 fine. However, in Natzke’s case, the penalty for manufacture and delivery of marijuana could be increased by as much as five years because the alleged drug sales took place within 1,000 feet of a school, according to the criminal complaint. Natzke posted a $5,000 cash bond on Tuesday and is due back in court for a preliminary hearing Monday. Suski was still in custody Tuesday on a $5,000 cash bond and is also scheduled for a preliminary hearing Monday. Kassube was ordered held on a $10,000 cash bond and is scheduled for an adjourned initial court appearance Monday.
