Oconto Falls Police Department

A resident on North Oakland Avenue on July 10 reported the theft of a pistol, its ammunition and a pair of binoculars, all valued at $920. A 45-year-old female was cited for disorderly conduct July 16 after an altercation with her husband at their residence on west Highland Drive. A 43-year-old women from Oconto Falls was referred to the district attorney’s office for charges of forgery and issuing worthless checks. She allegedly cashed two checks at the Mobil 22 from a closed account that was not her own. She was taken into custody on these charges and outstanding warrants in Brown and Door counties.
