Panthers sweep West De Pere
The Oconto Falls High School volleyball team swept West De Pere 3-0 in a Bay Conference match Sept. 24 in De Pere.
The Panthers (3-0) beat West De Pere (1-2) 25-9, 25-18, 25-9.
McKenna Larsen and Carly Lemke combined for 29 kills. Larsen had 18 assists and eight digs. Lemke also had three blocks. McKayla Johnson had three assists and 20 digs. Alyssa Nelson had six aces and 13 digs.

Lena/STAA shuts out Elcho/White Lake
The Lena/Saint Thomas Aquinas high school football team beat Elcho/White Lake 16-0 Friday in Elcho.
Kiefer Powers completed two of seven passes for 73 yards and rushed 15 times for 71 yards for Lena/STAA (1-5, 1-3 M&O). Roy O’Harrow caught one pass for 67 yards.
