An arraignment will be Nov. 15 for Daniel R. Williams, 21, Pulaski. He is charged with repeated being party to burglary and repeated party to theft, which allegedly took place Oct. 1 in Chase. His $20,000 cash bond continues.
An arraignment will be Nov. 15 for Ryan G. Larson, 19, Sobieski. He is accused of burglary of a building on Sept. 9 and burglary and theft between Sept. 1 and 13, all in Little Suamico. His $2,000 cash bond continues.
Julie S. Mann, 51, Oconto, entered a no contest plea to, as a felon, possessing a firearm. She was arrested Aug. 28 in Oconto. Her sentencing is scheduled for Dec. 19, and a $2,500 cash bond continues.

Proceedings from Oct. 23
David A. Wilson, 29, Appleton, entered not guilty pleas to charges of repeated sexual assault of a child and to first degree sexual assault of a child under the age of 13, both of which allegedly occurred between May 1, 2012, and Aug. 1, 2013, in the town of Mountain. His pretrial conference is Dec. 20, and a $10,000 cash bond continues.
A guilty plea of possessing a controlled substance on Jan. 6, 2013, was entered by Katrina M. Huempfer, Green Bay. Sentencing was withheld, and she was placed on probation a year with the conditions she spend 30 days in jail, attend alcohol and other drug abuse assessment, pay $243 court costs and have no alcohol, illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia.
A presentence investigation was ordered for James I. Dams, 53, Oconto Falls. He entered a no contest plea to manufacturing with intent to deliver a controlled substance in Oconto Falls during the summer of 2012. Sentencing will take place Dec. 27, and his $5,000 signature bond continues.
Sentencing is Dec. 19 for Ronald L. Ketchum Jr., 28, Peshtigo. He pleaded no contest to physically abusing a child intending to cause bodily harm. He was arrested June 9 in Oconto. A $3,000 cash bond continues.
Richard T. Michiels, 22, De Pere, entered no contest pleas to being party to a burglary and theft on June 13, 2012, in Oconto Falls, to being party to burglary and obstructing an officer on July 30, 2012, in Suring, and party to burglary and theft June 19, 2013, in the town of Gillett. His sentencing will take place Dec. 19, and a $25,000 cash bond.

Proceedings from Oct. 22
An arraignment is Nov. 11 for Jedd K. Roselund, 28, Rothschild. He is charged with driving while intoxicated, second offense, attempting to flee or elude a traffic officer and obstructing an officer. Roselund was arrested Aug. 24 in Gillett. His $2,500 cash bond continues, and he is to have no alcohol or illegal drugs.
An arraignment for Randall J. Gazella, 53, Sobieski, is Nov. 19. He was arrested Aug. 20 in the town of Little Suamico and charged with battery, disorderly conduct, and strangulation and suffocation. His $500 cash bond continues.
Kraig B. Jerlinga, 28, Pulaski, entered a no contest plea to two counts of contempt of court and was ordered to spend a year in jail on each count, to run consecutive. The sentences were imposed and stayed, and he was placed on probation two years with the conditions he pay $243 court costs on each count, comply with the Wisconsin sex offender registry program, pay $2,209 restitution and spend 60 days in jail.
An arraignment will take place Nov. 11 for Michael L. Willis, 21, Lena. He is accused of being party to a burglary and party to theft on May 9 in the town of Stiles, of being party to burglary and party to theft on May 8 or 9 in Lena, to being party to attempted burglary and party to theft May 12 in Lena, and party to theft May 13 in Oconto. His $5,000 signature bond continues.
An arraignment is Dec. 5 for Samantha L. Smith, 18, Oconto. She faces charges of felony bail jumping and disorderly conduct on Sept. 1 and felony bail jumping on Oct. 12. Her $1,500 cash bond continues.

Proceedings from Oct. 21
Devin B. Pearson, 19, Oconto Falls, made an initial appearance on a charge of sexual assault of a child under the age of 16, which allegedly occurred Aug. 24 in the town of Stiles. His bond was set at $1,250 cash. His appearance is continued to Nov. 12.
An initial appearance was held for Brett A. Harvey, 18, Oconto. He is charged with forgery, theft, identity theft for financial gain and uttering forgery. The offenses allegedly took place Oct. 17 in Oconto. His appearance is continued to Nov. 12, and a $1,000 cash bond was set.
Randall L. VanHecke Jr., 30, Oconto Falls, was sentenced to two years in prison, 18 months confinement and six months extended supervision for, as a repeater, causing criminal damage to property on Aug. 18 in Oconto Falls. The sentence was imposed and stayed, and he was placed on probation three years with the conditions he maintain absolute sobriety, have no alcohol or illegal drugs, attend alcohol and other drug abuse assessment and follow through, have no contact with the victim, spend eight months in jail with work release privileges and pay $243 court costs during his probation. He was also sentenced to two years prison, to run consecutively to the first sentence, for repeated disorderly conduct.
