Prevea Health has welcomed Dr. Matthew Colligan to its staff. Colligan sees patients at the Prevea Regional Orthopedic Center at HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center in Green Bay and the Prevea Oconto Health Center.
Colligan is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in comprehensive orthopedic care, adult hip and knee joint replacement, arthroscopy of the knee, revision of hip and knee replacements, resurfacing hip replacements, minimally invasive hip and knee replacements, and gender-specific knee replacements.
“My goal is to eliminate arthritic hip and knee pain and help my patients return to a fun, active and healthy lifestyle,” Colligan said.
He completed medical school at Michigan State University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine and residency in orthopedic surgery at Michigan State University. He also received additional fellowship training in adult reconstruction/total joint at Florida Orthopedic Institute.
Colligan is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery and is affiliated with the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons, American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics.
