A woman, 26, reported being harassed by her landlord on June 29 on South Franklin Street.
A woman, 60, of Oconto Falls, was yelling at customers in the parking lot of Piggly Wiggly, 407 E. Highland Drive, on June 30. Officers located the woman at a nearby business. She was issued a warning and given a ride home.
A girls bike valued at $150 was taken July 2 from a Quincy Street garage and was later recovered at another residence.
A mountain bike valued at $200 was taken during the overnight hours of July 1-2 from a backyard on South Main Street.
A specialty part valued at $10 was taken July 2 from a Harley Davidson motorcycle parked in the United True Value parking lot, 415 E. Highland Drive. Missing was a screw cap that fastened the seat to the rear fender.
Three people were injured in a fireworks accident, reported at 11 p.m. July 4. Sustaining injuries that were not life-threatening were a woman, 61, and two men, both 44, who were lighting fireworks at 226 Park Ave. when a mortar inside a PVC tube exploded, and the shrapnel struck them. They sought their own transportation to HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital in Oconto Falls, where one of the men was airlifted to a Green Bay hospital. A report has been forwarded to the Oconto County district attorney’s office for a possible fireworks violation.
Minor damage was reported July 7 when one vehicle backed into another in the parking lot of New Beginnings Store/Work Training Center, 230 VanBuren St.
Two people were cited July 8 after an accident on East Highland Drive at Cherry Street. A Pulaski man, 54, was driving a pickup truck about 2 p.m. and moved to the right side of the street before turning right into a parking lot. A Lena woman, 21, attempted to pass the truck on the right and the two collided, causing moderate damage to the truck and minor damage to the other vehicle. The man was cited for failure to signal turn, and the woman for unsafe passing on right. No one was injured.
