To the editor:
Gov. Scott Walker’s decision to withdraw from the presidential campaign is very disappointing but also politically realistic. Scott Walker would have been a good president of the United States.
Scott Walker is a good man. He is grounded in conservative principles and knows how to govern.
As a political leader, he felt he needed to bring his success in Wisconsin to the national level to save the USA as we once knew it. He is an effective messenger for the Republican Party and its message of social uplift through economic growth and conservative principles.
As governor of the great state of Wisconsin, Scott Walker has a lot left to accomplish here at home.
He is young and can run for president in the future. He is also a good choice as a vice president for the eventual Republican presidential candidate.
On Wisconsin!
