A plea hearing was held for Gregory M. Anders, 55, Oconto, on felony charges of possession of child pornography (10 counts) on Nov. 13, 2014, in Oconto. He pleaded no contest to four charges, which were amended to contribute to delinquency, acts or omissions. The court revoked his $150,000 cash bond. Sentencing is Feb. 9.
A plea hearing was held for Esequiel G. Garcia, 46, Oconto. He pleaded no contest to a felony charge of possession of narcotic drugs, repeater, on Oct. 30 in Oconto. A $5,000 cash bond was revoked by the court. Sentencing is Feb. 9.
An initial appearance was held for Kandice M. King, 32, Suring, on a felony charge of theft-business setting, greater than $10,000, which allegedly occurred July 14 and Feb. 15 in Morgan. The court set a $10,000 signature bond. A continued initial appearance is Jan. 14.

An arraignment was held for Steven L. Marcotte, 28, Peshtigo. He stood mute on felony charges of attempting to flee or elude a traffic officer and two misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred Aug. 31 in Oconto. Other charges were battery to a law enforcement officer, firefighter or commission warden, repeater, and escape criminal arrest, repeater, and three misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred Nov. 5 in Oconto. A $50,000 cash bond continues. A status conference is Jan. 4.

A waiver preliminary hearing/arraignment was held for Wayne M. Chrisman, 42, Pulaski, on a federal charge of OWI, fourth within five years, which allegedly occurred Oct. 9 in Pulaski. A $2,500 cash bond continues. A pretrial conference is Jan. 14.
A waiver preliminary hearing/status conference was held for Nathan R. Spindler, 34, Sobieski, on a felony charge of OWI, fourth within five years, and six misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred July 29 and Nov. 12 in Chase and Aug. 3 in Little Suamico. A $10,000 cash bond continues. An arraignment/status conference is Jan. 26.
