Jan. 7 Deputies logged 19 incidents including the following: Traffic Report - Authorities investigated a report of a vehicle in the ditch on U.S. Highway 141 and state Highway 22 in Lena. Citizen Assist - Authorities investigated a report of a neighbor on Frog Pond Road driving a snowmobile on the caller’s lawn and running over trees in the yard. Traffic Miscellaneous - Authorities investigated a report of a vehicle traveling in the wrong lane on Parkway Road and Lee Lake Road in Pound. Accident - Authorities investigated a report of a vehicle that lost a tire, which struck another vehicle, causing damage, on County Road E and Brehmer Road in Abrams. Welfare Check - Authorities assisted Washington Middle School in Oconto Falls by checking on a child who had not been in school lately. Jan. 6 Deputies logged 24 incidents including the following: Disturbance - Authorities assisted with a call from a child who stated his dad was upstairs hitting his fiancee on Gillett Town Hall Road in Gillett. Unwanted Party - Authorities investigated a report of a son and his girlfriend staying at a home on County Road C in Oconto Falls. The caller wanted them removed from the home. Disturbance - Authorities received a call from a Little Suamico woman stating she needed help getting her keys from her husband. She was advised this was not a law enforcement issue. Welfare Check - Authorities investigated a report of a patient from Rasmussen Lane who came to Prevea Clinic in Mountain stating she had bugs under her skin and squirrels running around in her bed. Before she was able to be seen, she left the clinic. Jan. 5 Deputies logged 21 incidents including the following: Disturbance - Authorities investigated a report of a son who was out of control and breaking things in a home on Railroad Street in Lena. Fire Alarm - Authorities investigated a report of an alarm sounding in the brine room at Saputo Cheese. After an evacuation, it was determined to be a false alarm. Threatening - Authorities investigated a report from White Potato Lake Road in Pound of a child’s father threatening the mother via Facebook. Criminal Damage - Authorities investigated a report man damaging a yard with his vehicle on Downtown Lane in Gillett. Jan. 4 Deputies logged 28 incidents including the following: Accident - Authorities investigated a report of a vehicle that hit Long Branch Saloon on state Highway 32 in Townsend then left the scene. Fraud - Authorities investigated a report of a collection agency trying to collect $1,989.76 from a 4-year-old foster child on Snapdragon Circle in Little Suamico. Theft - Authorities investigated a report of a trailer stolen from Hall Road in Abrams some time during the Christmas holiday. Accident - Authorities investigated a report of a vehicle on U.S. Highway 41/141 near Allen Road in Little Suamico that came off the overpass, through the ditch, across the median and into the ditch. Jan. 3 Deputies logged 31 incidents including the following: Accident - Authorities investigated a report of a truck that struck another vehicle causing minor damage on Frontage Road in Little Suamico. Death Investigation - Authorities investigated a report of a 28-year-old man found dead on County Road H in Gillett. Unwanted Party - Authorities investigated a report of a man and his friend who were harassing a woman on Armstrong Street in Gillett. Snowmobile Complaint - Authorities investigated a report of four snowmobiles driving on County Road S in Sobieski. Disturbance - Authorities investigated a report of a 15-year-old girl who was out of control on Molitor Road in Lena. Jan. 2 Deputies logged 32 incidents including the following: Accident - Authorities investigated a report of a vehicle rollover in which a man was injured on U.S. Highway 141 and state Highway 22 in Lena. Ambulance - Authorities assisted with a 28-year-old woman who was cutting herself at a REM home on Bramschreiber Road in Little Suamico. Disturbance - Authorities investigated a report of a physical fight between a father and son on Liegeois Road in Abrams. Jan. 1 Deputies logged 34 incidents including the following: Accident - Authorities investigated a report of a vehicle that lost control and went into the ditch on County Road S and County C in Sobieski. Suspicious - Authorities investigated a report of an unknown woman who walked into a home on McKenzie Street in Gillett, went into the basement, then sat in her vehicle in the driveway. Disturbance - Authorities investigated a report from an anonymous caller of an intoxicated person causing problems on East Frontage Road in Little Suamico. Accident - Authorities investigated a report of a vehicle that lost control and went into the median on U.S. Highway 41 in Oconto. Dec. 31 Deputies logged 38 incidents including the following: Accident - Authorities investigated a report of a vehicle that lost control on County Road M and St. Johns Road in Suring. Theft - Authorities investigated a report of guns taken from a home on County Road F in Lakewood. Accident - Authorities investigated a report of a semi that jackknifed on Brookside Road in Abrams and struck a car. One person was injured. Dec. 30 Deputies logged 30 incidents including the following: Suspicious - Authorities investigated a report of two people dressed in black walking down the middle of state Highway 22 near Elm Grove School Road. Burglary - Authorities investigated a report from Knope Heating and Air Conditioning of a propane heater, air conditioner and copper tubing stolen from a construction site at Northern Grace Youth Camp on County Road VV in Gillett. Snowmobile Accident - Authorities assisted at a snowmobile accident on County H in Gillett. An adult and an 8-year-old child were injured. Accident - Authorities investigated a report of a 16-year-old boy who was injured after his vehicle rolled over and hit a tree on U.S. Highway 41 and Brookside Road. Disturbance - Authorities investigated a report of a 22-year-old client who was throwing and breaking items in a home on Vermeiren Road in Oconto.
