• Brian Scott Volk, 52, Wausaukee, pleaded no contest June 26 to possession of methamphetamine. Judge Jay Conley imposed and stayed a prison sentence Aug. 24, then placed him on two years of probation with conditions.
• Florentino Hernandez Rodriguez, 29, Lena, was charged July 29 with four counts of felony bail jumping. Conley set a $15,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Nov. 2.
• Robert T. Albert II, 54, Oconto, was charged possession of methamphetamine, two counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia. Conley set a $2,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Oct. 14.
