The Red Raiders and Foxes battled to a 1-1 draw in the season opener for both teams on the Fox Valley Lutheran home field.
Pulaski took a 1-0 lead in the 26th minute courtesy of a goal by Walker Wozniak. Daenen Kehoe has the assist.
The Foxes got the equalizer just 11 minutes later when Ezra Schaser found the net off an assist from Jose Martinez.
Blake Batzer made one save in goal for Pulaski. Eric Techlin had five saves in goal for Fox Valley Lutheran.
Ashwaubenon 2, Shawano 0
Shawano’s first game on its new field ended in a 2-0 shutout at the hands of Ashwaubenon.
The Jaguars’ goals were scored by Chase Beyer and Josh Brunhoefer.
The Hawks junior varsity-Black team came away with a win, 4-0 against the Jaguars JV team.
The first goal was made by Ben Gartner. The second goal started with Daniel Duong, who skillfully kept it away from two opponents on his way toward the goal. Then he passed it to Gartner who made an assist to Layden Plaster for another point. Carlos Barbosa scored for the third Goa, and Easton Eggert made it 4-0 and a winning game.
