• Christian Ian Eccles, 28, Shawano, pleaded no contest May 22 to theft from a corpse. Judge Jay Conley imposed then stayed a prison sentence July 27, then placed him on three years of probation with conditions.
• Heather L. Koutnik, 40, Peshtigo, pleaded no contest June 1 to misappropriating ID information to obtain money. Conley withheld sentencing July 28, then placed her on two years of probation with conditions.
• Diann L. Moeller, 61, a Lena woman serving a sentence at Taycheedah Correctional Institution, pleaded no contest June 1 to a possession with intent to distribute amphetamine/methamphetamine, maintaining a drug trafficking place, and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Conley sentenced her July 30 to eight years in prison followed by six years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Brad Mitchell Bonville, 39, Green Bay, pleaded no contest March 24 to second-degree sexual assault of a child. Judge James Morrison sentenced him July 31 to 20 years in prison followed by 15 years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Jonathan A. Klisch, 39, Anoka, Minnesota, was charged July 27 with causing mental harm to a child, manufacturing with intent to deliver THC, and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Conley set a $7,500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Aug. 12.
• Caleb L. Mihalski, 21, Krakow, was charged July 27 with homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle and second-degree recklessly endangering safety. Conley set a $35,000 cash bond July 31 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 7.
• Gary J. Overby, 70, Sister Bay, was charged July 30 with battery to public officers, two misdemeanor counts of battery, and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer, and disorderly conduct. Judge Hannah Schuchart set a $7,500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Aug. 13.
• Tasha M. Carter, 36, Pulaski, was charged July 31 with a sex registry violation. Conley set a $1,500 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until Aug. 13.
