When it rains, it pours.
That turned out to be the case May 17, as all five Dairyland League amateur baseball games and 10 Badger Amateur Baseball Association contests on the schedule for that day were rained out and will be rescheduled for a later date.
Dairyland
The rained-out games included Waupaca at Pulaski, Bonduel at Hortonville, Shawano at Marinette, Navarino at Nichols and Cecil at Hofa Park.
May 21 schedule: Marinette at Navarino, 7 p.m.
May 22 schedule (all games 7:30 p.m.): Pulaski at Cecil; Shawano at Hortonville; Hofa Park at Bonduel; Waupaca, Nichols have bye.

Rained-out games from May 17 included Tigerton at Little Falls, Caroline at Leopolis and Wittenberg at Tilleda (West Division); Menominee at Shawano and Marion at Gresham (East Division); Antigo/Polar at Hatley, Elderon at Birnamwood and Eland at Crandon (North Division); and Scandinavia at Plover and New London at Weymont (South-Central Division).
