Dorothy Szutkowski passed peacefully at Homme Home of Wittenberg on Oct. 3, 2024.
Dorothy was born Sept. 24, 1934, to Reuben and Flossie Kerstner of Bowler. She married Edward Szutkowski of Eland in November 1952. Ed and Dorothy farmed and raised seven children in Eland.
After farming, Ed and Dorothy continued to keep busy working outside of the home, with Dorothy enjoying her many years of service at Homme Home in Wittenberg.
After retiring, Dorothy enjoyed her church group, many hobbies and always caring for those who needed her.
The family is planning a service and celebration of life at a later date and will reach out to family and friends with details. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your preferred charity of Aspirus Comfort and Care Hospice Services.
