• Ginger L. Peoples, 47, pleaded no contest May 29 to three misdemeanor counts of theft. One of the counts was amended from a felony charge in a plea agreement. Judge Katherine Sloma withheld sentencing and placed her on 18 months of probation with conditions.
• William J. Boss, 35, Shawano, pleaded no contest May 29 to manufacturing with intent to deliver THC and possession of THC. Sloma levied fines and sentenced him to six months in county jail.
• Anthony Luviano, 40, Marion, pleaded guilty March 13 to two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and bail jumping. On May 30, Sloma levied fines and sentenced him to 90 days in county jail.
• Joel T. Kinney, 33, Neopit, was charged May 15 with felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. On May 29, Sloma set a $500 signature bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 23.
• Amber L. Burke, 34, Cecil, was charged May 28 with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of an illegally obtained prescription drug. Sloma set a $2,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for July 9.
• Jackie L. Gardner, 37, Birnamwood, was charged May 28 with two counts of felony bail jumping and one count of misdemeanor bail jumping. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for June 19.
• Nathan J. Morris, 39, Shawano, was charged May 28 with four counts of felony bail jumping, five counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of operating a motor vehicle while his license was revoked. Sloma set a $2,500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for June 21.
• Vernon A. Parrott, 27, Tigerton, was charged May 28 with felony bail jumping and two misdemeanor counts of bail jumping. Sloma set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for June 17.
• Robert S. Powless, 38, Shawano, was charged May 28 with strangulation and suffocation and misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 13.
• Jeffrey D. Stewart, 33, Shawano, was charged May 28 with six counts of felony bail jumping, eight counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, and misdemeanor charges of battery, disorderly conduct, and resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma set a $2,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 6.
• Corey A. Tucker, 37, Shawano, was charged May 28 with possession of methamphetamine, three counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for June 17.
• Noah C. Balthazor, 27, Green Bay, was charged May 29 with four counts of felony bail jumping, eight counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and violating an ignition interlock device order. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for July 22.
• Tyson A. Peters, 30, Shawano, was charged May 29 with 12 counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $3,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 4.
• Jeremy M. Schmidt, 24, Greenville, was charged May 29 with driving or operating a vehicle without consent, two counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. Sloma set a $750 signature bond and adjourned his initial appearance until July 25.
• Brian L. Pamonicutt, 56, Shawano, was charged May 30 with battery or threat to a law officer, four counts of felony bail jumping and one count of misdemeanor bail jumping. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 7.

Moran, 38, Shawano, was charged May 31 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of cocaine (second or subsequent offense), possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), maintaining a drug trafficking place, eight counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of receiving or concealing stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 10.
