Bay Conference Quad
Both Shawano boys and girls track and field teams finished first in New London at a Bay Conference track meet with New London, Menasha and Green Bay West.
Grace Chelberg won the 1,600-meter run and set a new school record of 5 minutes, 20.5 seconds.
Also finishing in first place were Bailey Hendricks in the 800-meter run, Adalyn Barkley in the 400- and 200-meter dashes, Tela Hopfensperger in the 300-meter hurdles and Madisyn Weinig in the shot put.
Second-place awards went to Lily Guenther in the 800, Maci Beyer in the 200, Onna Hermann in the pole vault, Hatty Fritz in the discuss and the 4x400-meter relay team of Grace Chelberg, Hopfensperger, Beyer and Barkley. The relay team’s time of 4:15.38 was the second-fastest time in school history.
Third place was earned by Guenther in the 1,600, Beyer in the 400, Natalie Bystol in the pole vault, Macey Nelson in the long jump, Barkley in the triple jump, Weinig in the discus and Fritz in the shot put. Also placing third were the 4x800 team of Onna Hermann, Teagan Powers, Tegan Wilson and Kylie Bort; the 4x200 team of Bystol, Onna Hermann, Gwyn Hermann and Nelson; and the 4x100 team of Gwyn Hermann, Della Vue, Lauren Seehafer and Nelson.
For the boys, first-place champions were Lucas Nuthals in the 100; Will Chelberg in the 1,600 and 800; Ryan Schwitzer in the 400; Drake Herm in the 200 and pole vault; the 4x200 team of Herm, Nuthals, Logan Korth and Kaden Ewert; and the 4x400 team of Will Chelberg, Andon Chelberg, Ethan Onesti and Schwitzer.
Placing second were Drake Herm in the 100; Onesti in the 1,600 and 800; Ryan Shanty in the long jump; and the 4x100 team of Korth, Maverick Theis, Shanty and Micah Welander.
Finishing in third were James Lange in the 100 hurdles; Andon Chelberg in the 1,600; Schwitzer in the 200; Trevor Schwartz in the 3,200; Drew Chelberg in the discus; and the 4x800 team of Schwartz, Josh Lesperance, Aiden Sisco and Owyn Helsel.

FVL Pentangular
Oconto Falls’ girls placed second and the boys were fourth at the Fox Valley Lutheran Pentangular.
Rylie Shallow won the 200 with a personal best of 27.62, while Abby Budz was third with a personal best of 27.85.
Hailey Delzer won the 1,600 with a personal best time of 5:45.26, and Emma Meissner was third with a PR of 5:49.62.
Also winning was the 4x400 team of Hannah Ludemann, Maddy Przybylski, Ava Hodkiewicz and Brooke Hodkiewicz.
Shallow placed second in the 100, and Brooke Hodkiewicz was second in the 400 with a personal record of 1:02.64. In the 800, Delzer was second with a PR of 2:38.97. Also in second was the 4x100 team of Gracie Miller, Budz, Anna Spaulding and Shallow.
Third place was earned by the 4x200 team of Hailyn St. Louis, Budz, Kati Raddatz and Ashlyn Vandermoss, as well as the 4x800 team of Przybylski, Ludemann, Brynn Hodkiewicz and Brooke Hodkiewicz. Raddatz was third in the shot put, and Morgan Moynihan was third in the discus. St. Louis placed third in the long jump.
For the boys, Alex Haines won the 100 hurdles.
Griffin Kopke placed second in the 800 with a personal best of 2:07.41. Also placing second was the 4x800 team of Brent Laluzerne, Sage Mendolla, Braxton Rajkovich and Emerson Rice. Bryce Schefdore placed second in the discus. Haines was second in the high jump.
Isaac Bramer placed third in the 200 with a personal best of 23.62. Rajkovich was third in the 3,200 with a personal best of 12:36.67. The 4x200 team of Alex Ferhse, AJ Hendricks, Hendrix Cheek and Deyton Duncan finished in third. Schefdore placed third in the shot put.

The Wittenberg-Birnamwood girls won their open, and Lena/St. Thomas Aquinas Academy boys placed fourth to lead area teams.

FRCC Relay Meet
Lily Urben won the 300 hurdles for Pulaski, with Ella Ficarri placing second.
The Red Raiders won the 4x200 that included Addison Krueger, Urben, Faye Brunke and Olivia Sprangers. Also winning was the 4x400 team of Ella Hasser, Emerson Fabry, Rachael Allen and Urben.
Winning the 1,600-meter spring medley relay (2-2-4-8) were Ficarri, Krueger, Sprangers and Fabry.
Krueger, Brunke, Sprangers and Hasser placed second in the 1,600-meter sprint medley relay (1-1-2-4).
Ficarri placed second and Katelyn Jossie was third in the 100 hurdles.
Second place was earned by the 4x100 team of Ava Vieaux, Brunke, Megan Kraft and Hallie Morz.
Morz was second in the pole vault.
Pulaski’s 4x100 mixed team of Cora Zuleger, Ben Barry, Noelle Manning and Garrett Rottier placed second.
For the boys, Madden Skenadore placed second in the 110 hurdles and third in the 300 hurdles.
In the 1,600-meter sprint medley (1-1-2-4), Pulaski’s team of Spencer Hakes, Charlie Schuster, Rylan Rodal and Daniel Augustine placed third. And in the 2-2-4-8 version of the 1,600 sprint medley relay, Pulaski’s team of Brody Zeinert, Hakes, Joe Mijal and Augustine place second.
