• Justin John Ault, 34, Sobieski, was sentenced to two years in prison, followed by two years of extended supervision, for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth or sixth offense) and a misdemeanor count of operating while his license was revoked, in connection with an incident that occurred Nov. 5, 2023. Judge Michael Judge ruled that Ault is eligible for the substance abuse program, which can lead to early release upon successful conclusion, and gave him credit for 52 days already served in the county jail. His license was revoked for 36 months, during which time an ignition interlock device must be installed in his vehicle(s).
• Craig L. Miller, 68, Milwaukee, pleaded not guilty to charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited alcohol content, both for the fifth or sixth offense, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Feb. 4, 2022. Judge Jay Conley scheduled a motion hearing for April 22.
• Bond was set at $2,500 cash for Isaac A. Bell, 17, Gillett, after he was charged with child abuse intentionally causing harm and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 13. Judge adjourned his initial appearance to April 11.
• Bond was set at $15,000 cash for Timothy J. Pearson, 39, Oconto, after he was charged with three counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct, resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 14. Judge adjourned his initial appearance until March 25.
• A bench warrant was authorized for Kyle K. Sydor, 35, Oconto, after he failed to appear for a plea and sentencing hearing on a charge of theft in a business setting, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 18, 2021.

• A July 24-25 jury trial was scheduled for Stephanie S. Farvour, 38, Gillett, who faces two counts of first-degree reckless endangerment, one count of possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a felony and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 16, 2022. Conley scheduled a final pre-trial conference for July 8.
• Adam J. Martens, 31, Oconto, pleaded not guilty to felony bail jumping in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 14. Conley scheduled a jury trial for Aug. 13-14 on that incident and previous charges of child abuse intentionally causing harm, in connection with an alleged Sept. 10 incident, and victim intimidation and misdemeanor criminal damage to property, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 14. A final pre-trial conference was set for July 29.
• Allyson Faye Britten, 28, Cecil, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of bail jumping, disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 15. Conley scheduled a pre-trial conference for April 11.
• A signature bond of $5,000 was set for Rebecca A. Krueger, 41, Oconto Falls, after she was charged with theft of movable property - special facts, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 14. Conley adjourned her initial appearance until April 11.
• A $5,000 signature bond was set for Tiffany A. Peshek, 32, Oconto, when she made her initial appearance on a charge of child neglect with a consequence of bodily harm, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Feb. 25. Conley adjourned her case until April 11.
• A bench warrant was issued for Cindy M. Earley, 55, Oconto, after she failed to appear for a status conference on charges of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 29, as well as a felony charge of child abuse intentionally causing harm and misdemeanor counts of bail jumping and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 23, 2021.
• A bench warrant was issued for Christopher Allen Gulledge, 36, Oconto, after he failed to appear for a hearing on a charge of possession of methamphetamine in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 25.
Proceedings of March 13
• Josenel I. Williamson, 41, Menominee, Michigan, pleaded no contest to misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, in connection with an incident that occurred July 31, 2022, and a second misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct, in connection with an Aug. 21, 2022, incident. Conley withheld sentencing and placed him on two years of probation with conditions.
• George Gardea-Eagle, 34, Oconto Falls, pleaded no contest to possession of methamphetamine in connection with an incident that occurred Jan. 23, 2023. Judge scheduled sentencing for May 16 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.
• The final pre-trial conference was held for the March 21 jury trial of Maxwell Richard Mellen, 41, Green Bay, who is charged with possession of methamphetamine in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 13. Judge approved calling a 20-person panel to seat a 12-person jury.
• A Sept. 25-27 jury trial was scheduled for Marty M. LaCourt, 34, Oconto, who is charged with second-degree sexual assault of an intoxicated victim, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 5. Judge scheduled a motion hearing for July 30 and a final pre-trial conference for Sept. 9.
• James John Crouse, 52, Menominee, Michigan, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on a felony count of possession of THC (second and subsequent offense) and misdemeanor charges of operating a motor vehicle while his license was revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 16. Judge scheduled arraignment for April 11.
• Kyra L. Saldana, 21, Oconto, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 29. Judge scheduled a plea hearing for April 16.
• Ryan Christopher Mootz, 44, New Berlin, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth or sixth offense) and felony bail jumping, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 4. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for May 2.

• April M. Westphal, 29, Suring, pleaded no contest to felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of operating a motor vehicle while her license was revoked, in connection with an incident that occurred July 9, and two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of child neglect and bail jumping, in connection with an incident that occurred Sept. 11. Conley scheduled sentencing for May 14 and ordered a presentence investigation.
• Kelly S. Urbanek, 61, Oconto, pleaded not guilty to two counts of repeated sexual assault of the same child and one count of first-degree sexual assault of a child younger than 13. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for May 2.

• After a preliminary hearing, Anthony Barrett Wood, 39, Lakewood, was bound over and pleaded not guilty to felony bail jumping in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Feb. 1. A pretrial conference was scheduled for April 11, along with a status conference on a previous case in which he is charged with substantial battery and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 12, 2023.
• Justin A. Biersteker, 43, Little Suamico, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to strangulation and suffocation and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 19. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for April 11.

• Bond was set at $5,000 cash for Joel S. Willmann, 30, Sobieski, after he was charged with two counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 5. Judge adjourned his initial appearance until March 14.

• Gerald W. Tucker III, 55, Lakewood, was placed on two years of probation after Judge withheld sentencing on misdemeanor counts of carrying a concealed weapon, possession of THC and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 8, 2020. Conditions include 90 days in the county jail with Huber work-release privileges. A felony and two other misdemeanor charges had been dismissed but read into the record in a plea agreement.
• Michael Nicholas Hulchiy, 53, Suring, pleaded no contest to misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree sexual assault and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that occurred Feb. 23, 2021. Four felony counts were dismissed in a plea agreement. Conley withheld sentencing and placed him on one year of probation with conditions.
• Edward Phillip Lindahl, 41, Sturgeon Bay, pleaded no contest to possession of methamphetamine in connection with an incident that occurred Oct. 27, 2020. Conley scheduled sentencing for April 2 and said he will rely on a recently completed pre-sentence investigation for charges in another county.
• Maurice Allen Olson Sr., 33, Suring, pleaded no contest to fleeing an officer in his vehicle, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that occurred Feb. 6. Judge scheduled sentencing for April 30 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.
Proceedings of March 4
• Michael K. Berck, 51, Green Bay, was placed on three years’ probation after a prison sentence was imposed and stayed for the manufacture and delivery of psilocin. But Judge sentenced Berck to a year in the county jail for the manufacture and delivery of THC and maintaining a drug trafficking place. He pleaded no contest Jan. 3 to the three charges, which stem from an incident that occurred July 25, 2023. Berck received credit for 224 days already served in jail.
• Alissa R. Dehut, 32, Abrams, was placed on two years’ probation for hit-and-run involving injury, in connection with an Oct. 19, 2022, crash in the Town of Pensaukee. Judge set a number of conditions including a 120-day term in the county jail.
• The case against Jacqueline Rochelle Cyburt, 26, Inglston, Michigan, was dismissed without prejudice — meaning the charges could be refiled — after the state did not have a witness present for a scheduled preliminary hearing. Cyburt had been charged with second-degree recklessly endangering safety and misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 17. The charges were refiled on March 5 and an initial appearance scheduled for April 11.
• Bond was set at $2,000 cash for Bruce D. Taylor, 31, Oconto, after he was charged with fleeing an officer in his vehicle in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 4. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until March 25.
