Bank First has completed its newly remodeled office space located at 835 E. Green Bay St. in Shawano.
“We are excited to announce the renovation in Shawano is complete,” stated Jim Meyer, Bank First market president. “Our renovated office space not only showcases our commitment to innovation but also provides a welcoming environment for our valued customers to carry out their banking transactions.”
Bank First partnered with Jim Reif Builders, Inc. on the revitalization project, which began in June 2023. The renovation was expressly designed to enhance and elevate the banking experience for Bank First’s valued customers and was comprised of several key enhancements.
The interior has undergone a major transformation, featuring contemporary design and a layout optimized for customer comfort and convenience. In addition, the new layout creates a more functional space for the bank’s employees to better serve customers.
Bank First is committed to reduce its environmental footprint while ensuring a modern and efficient workspace. The newly renovated office incorporates energy-efficient enhancements such as an updated HVAC system and LED lighting. Additionally, eco-friendly materials for carpet, tile, and office furniture were selected during the design process. Following the bank’s standard practice, its Shawano office also includes a water bottle filling station, effectively eliminating the need for single-use plastic water bottles.
The bank celebrates and embraces the arts by featuring the works of local artists in its newly constructed and renovated offices. This not only supports talented community artists, but also infuses the beauty of local communities within its facilities.
Bank First hosted a renovation celebration with a ribbon cutting event Jan. 10, offering guests the opportunity to explore the newly renovated office, view the artwork on display, and mingle with employees.
