Lucille A. Watter, 83, of Shawano, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2014, in Bonduel. Lucille was born on April 22, 1931 in Shawano County to the late Otto and Emma Strelow. Lucille was united in marriage to Duane Watter in Thiensville on Nov. 15, 1952. They lived most of their married life in Milwaukee. Besides raising her two boys, Lucille worked at A.O. Smith and Square D. After retirement, the couple moved back to Shawano. Lucille enjoyed sewing, cooking and swimming.
Lucille is survived by her loving husband, Duane, of Shawano; her sons, Jay (Traci) Watter, of Fredonia, and Jeffrey (Janice) Watter, of Brookfield; four grandchildren, Edward, David, Samantha and Benjamin; and one great-granddaughter, Elinore. She is further survived by her sisters, Ellen Stueck, of LaCrosse, Marcella Hafferman, of Shawano, and Delores Page, of Shawano.
Lucille was preceded in death by her parents and six brothers.
A private family service will be held. Swedberg Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
