To the editor:
Doesn’t the city have an implicit or explicit contract with the U.S. Postal Service to plow to the curb to allow for in-city mail delivery? That has not been done on Waukechon Street south of Lieg Avenue, and the carrier has no access. The melt off will resolve this, but mail has still been held up for days. Thanks.
