Bonduel advanced to Level 2 of the state Class A regional with a 7-1 win Wednesday over Omro in Clintonville.
Hunter VanDerLinden picked up the win, striking out 10 in seven innings. He allowed one run and four hits, and issued two walks. Austin Siolka was 2 for 4 with three RBIs and a run scored for Bonduel.
Bonduel will play the winner of Iola vs. Clintonville on Thursday at Clintonville.
Omro’s lone run came in the bottom of the first inning on a fielder’s choice by Joe Robl to score leadoff hitter Allan Reyes.

Bonduel pitcher Trevor Pedersen tossed a complete game shutout at Iola on Monday.
Pedersen struck out seven, walked two and allowed seven hits. He also drew a walk and scored a run.
Travis Wollenberg knocked in Colton Dobratz for the game’s first run in the third inning. Connor Rosin went 1 for 2 with a double and run scored.
Bonduel improved to 12-3, including 10-1 in the Central Wisconsin Legion League.
