After a 21-11 season, the Shawano Community High School girls volleyball team earned the fifth seed in their WIAA Division 2 regional.
The Hawks will travel to fourth-seeded Peshtigo in the regional quarterfinal on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
The winner of the Shawano-Peshtigo match will face top-seeded Notre Dame on Oct. 22.
On the other half of the bracket, Seymour earned the second seed and faces No. 7 Marinette in its opening round, as Clintonville, the sixth seed, takes on Oconto Falls.
Shawano faced Peshtigo in its home invitational on Sept. 12 and lost the two games, 22-25, 25-27.
Division 3
Wittenberg-Birnamwood earned the top seed in its Division 3 regional, with Bonduel taking the two seed and Menominee Indian filling in No. 8.
The Eagles will travel to Wittenberg-Birnamwood (21-10) to play their regional quarterfinal match against the Chargers.
Bonduel (15-15) will take on Crandon Tuesday in Bonduel.
Division 4
Gresham earned the second seed in its WIAA Division 4 regional and will face No. 7 Lena at home on Tuesday.
If the Wildcats win, they would face the winner of third-seeded Bowler and sixth-seeded St. Thomas Aquinas Academy.
Suring holds the top spot in the regional.
In the Greenwood Regional, Tigerton owns the fifth seed and plays Port Edwards on Tuesday, while Marion took home the sixth seed and earns a match against Pittsville.
