To the editor:
On behalf of myself and the constituents of District 4, I congratulate Lois Bressette on her victory in this recall election.
Her dedication to her candidacy is apparent, as she did win over voters through this difficult and frustrating recall process. I hope that she works hard to continue to move our city forward on a process of healing from harsh political backlash and in-fighting.
We sit on the cusp of a new beginning for Clintonville, with new leadership, and I hope that she will strive to welcome these new employees and officials rather than dwell on the political drama of the last six months.
I wish to thank all those who voted for me and those who assisted in my campaign. I appreciate all that you have done for me and the city of Clintonville from the bottom of my heart.
