Hawks lose to Denmark
The Shawano Community High School volleyball team lost to Bay Conference foe Denmark 3-0 Thursday in Shawano.
The Hawks (1-4) lost to Denmark (3-2) 25-7, 25-15, 25-18.
Shawano’s Bella Gonzalez had three kills and three blocks. Haley Going had 17 digs.

Wildcats swept by Rosholt
The Gresham High School volleyball team lost 3-0 to Rosholt in a Central Wisconsin Conference-10 match Thursday in Gresham.
Gresham (2-7) lost to Rosholt (8-0) 25-20, 25-18, 25-10.
Brittany Andrews had nine digs for Gresham. Brianna Stehberger had seven points. Nande Carrol had five assists.

Marion beats Menominee Indian
The Marion High School volleyball team beat Menominee Indian 3-0 Thursday in Marion.
Marion (2-6) beat Central Wisconsin Conference-10 foe Menominee Indian (1-7) 25-23, 25-11, 25-18.
Marion’s MacKenzie Thoma had 17 points, 10 kills and eight digs. Bryce Miller had 13 points and nine digs. Jessica Reminger had 16 assists and four digs.

Tigers top the Panthers
The Tigerton High School volleyball team swept Central Wisconsin Conference-10 foe Bowler Thursday in Tigerton.
Tigerton (5-3) beat Bowler (1-7) 25-18, 25-13, 25-17.
Summer Kopitzke had 20 points and eight digs for the Tigers. Erin Robbins had 12 points and 15 assists. Katie Watters had 10 kills and four blocks. Payton Bailey had eight kills.

Truckers fall in five sets
The Clintonville High School volleyball team pushed Berlin to five sets in a loss Thursday in Clintonville.
The Truckers lost the first game 25-14, won the next two 25-14, 25-13, then lost 25-9, 15-6.
Caitie Carpenter had 18 assists, two digs and three aces. Chrissy Betz had five digs and nine kills. Autumn Voight had three digs, seven kills and three blocks. Katie Collier had three assists, two digs and four kills.
