Oct. 1 Deputies logged 29 incidents including the following: Harassment — Authorities investigated a report of a person on Pecor Street in Oconto who called the department five times, swearing and threatening people. Unwanted Party — Authorities assisted a man who reported a trespasser on North Green Bay Avenue in Gillett. Disturbance — Authorities investigated a report of brothers causing a disturbance on Main Street in Lena. Death Investigation — Authorities investigated a report of a female found unconscious on Habeck Lane in Abrams. Suspicious — Authorities investigated a report of an elderly man at Union Cemetery on state Highway 32 and County Road AA, Suring, who tried to pull out a grave stone with a pickup truck. Sept. 30 Deputies logged 39 incidents including the following: Suspicious — Authorities investigated a report of a scream and flashlights coming from Aster Trail Lane in Little Suamico. Accident — Authorities investigated a report of a vehicle in a field on Mcdermid Drive in Oconto Falls. Emergency — Authorities investigated a report of a man stuck in the mud about 60 feet from the shore on Kingston Road in Mountain. Accident — Authorities investigated a report of a vehicle in the ditch on County Road I in Oconto Falls. Extra Patrol — Authorities investigated a report of heavy traffic on Pecor Point Road in Oconto during the lunch hour. Sept. 29 Deputies logged 20 incidents including the following: Theft Automobile — Authorities investigated a report of a vehicle taken from a property on Jaworski Road in Pulaski. Suspicious — Authorities investigated a report of a man who approached a woman and tried to steal her purse as she got items out of her trunk on Yakel Street in Suring. Traffic Miscellaneous — Authorities investigated a report of a vehicle on state Highway 22, east of Gillett, flashing its lights at oncoming traffic. Suspicious — Authorities investigated a report of a man who threatened to shoot a woman’s unleashed dog as they were walking their dogs in the industrial park on Herb Braun Drive in Oconto Falls. Sept. 28 Deputies logged 29 incidents including the following: Weapon Offense — Authorities investigated a report of a woman who pointed a pistol at a man and pushed him into a fence on state Highway 64 in Pound. Harassment — Authorities investigated a report of a man pushing a woman and harassing her on state Highway 64 in Pound. Runaway Juvenile — Authorities assisted with a report of a 14-year-old boy who fled into a cornfield, attempting to run away from a home on Allen Road in Little Suamico. Suspicious — Authorities investigated a report of a suspicious truck at private property on Oakland Lane in Oconto. Sept. 27 Deputies logged 34 incidents including the following: Accident — Authorities investigated a report of a vehicle that went off the road and struck two parked vehicles in a driveway on Pine Road and Red Bank Road in Suring. Accident — Authorities investigated a report of a vehicle that hit a small bear on state Highway 32 and Diamond Roof Road in Townsend. Threatening — Authorities investigated a report of a person walking on the recreation trail near Quarterline Road in Gillett who was threatened by two ATV drivers. Theft — Authorities investigated a report of someone stealing 150 white horse poles and other items from North Road in Lakewood. Sept. 26 Deputies logged 42 incidents including the following: Accident — Authorities investigated a report of a two-vehicle accident with a woman whose arm was hurt on state Highway 32 and County Road E in Krakow. Theft — Authorities investigated a report of someone entering a fenced-in area in a yard on County Road WW in Lena and taking a puppy. ATV Complaint — Authorities investigated a report of two ATVs driving down state Highway 32 near Y Camp Road in Mountain. Weapon Offense — Authorities investigated a report of duck hunters shooting too close to homes on West Slope Lane in Oconto. Disturbance — Authorities investigated a report of a REM home client on Pine Road in Suring who was out of control, smashed a car window and threatened others. Sept. 25 Deputies logged 31 incidents including the following: Accident — Authorities investigated a report of a man involved in a hit-and-run accident on U.S. Highway 41/141 and Oak Orchard Road in Abrams. Criminal Damage — Authorities investigated a report of a truck with a backhoe on a trailer that backed into a driveway, taking the electrical lines down, on U.S. Highway 141 in Lena. Recovered Vehicle — Authorities investigated a report of an abandoned vehicle on Sampson Road in Little Suamico that appeared to be a stolen vehicle from the Sturgeon Bay area. Agency Assist — Authorities assisted the Shawano Police Department check for a vehicle on Klaus Lake Road in Gillett that was involved in a hit-and-run accident in Shawano.
