Schmitt, 52, Suring, on a felony charge of second-degree recklessly endangering safety and three misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred Dec. 18 in the town of How. The court set a $25,000 cash bond. A continued initial appearance is Jan. 14. An arraignment was held for Jason M. Linder, 29, Oconto Falls. He stood mute on felony charge of child abuse, recklessly cause harm, from Sept. 1 to Oct. 16 in Oconto Falls. The courts amended the charge to physical abuse of a child. A $5,000 cash bond continues. A pretrial conference is Feb. 11.
