Proceedings of March 25 • Bradd K. Steeno, 53, Green Bay, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense), and misdemeanor resisting or obstructing an officer in connection with an incident that occurred Oct. 10, 2020. Judge Michael Judge withheld sentencing and placed Steeno on two years of probation with conditions beginning with 10 months in the county jail. He also revoked his driver’s license for two years and ordered ignition interlock devices installed in his vehicles for 12 months. • Gary E. Borkovec, 46, Oconto, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, maintaining a drug trafficking place, and misdemeanor counts of possession of THC, possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin, possession of illegally obtained prescription drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 27. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for June 13. • Michael Lee Vandenheuvel, 28, Oconto, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on charges of attempted strangulation and suffocation, false imprisonment, and misdemeanor charges of battery, criminal damage to property, making contact after a domestic abuse arrest and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 24. Judge scheduled arraignment for April 11. • After a preliminary hearing, James P. Samuelson, 52, Suring, was bound over on charges of possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 17. Judge Jay Conley scheduled arraignment for April 22. • Bond was set at $15,000 cash for Anthony Barrett Wood, 40, Lakewood, after he was charged with strangulation and suffocation, five counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of battery, disorderly conduct, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (second offense), operating while revoked, resisting or obstructing an officer, and violating an ignition interlock order, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 24. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until April 11. • Bond was set at $6,000 cash for Clarence S. Trepanier, 75, Suring, after he was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (seventh, eighth or ninth offense) with a passenger younger than 16, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 24.
