Proceedings of Jan. 2 • Stephanie S. Farvour, 39, Gillett, pleaded no contest to possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a felony, in connection with an incident that occurred May 16, 2022. Other charges were dismissed in a plea agreement. Judge Jay Conley scheduled sentencing for March 5 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation. • Michael Robert Rilling, 45, Lena, pleaded not guilty to first-degree sexual assault of a child younger than 13, repeated physical abuse of a child, chronic neglect of a child with the consequence of bodily harm, and misdemeanor child neglect, in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred from 2020-23. Conley scheduled a pre-trial conference for Jan. 16. Proceedings of Jan. 3 • Bond was set at $100,000 cash for Alfred Duane Gristeau, 25, Gillett, after he was charged with eight counts of burglary to a building or dwelling, one count of theft of movable property with special facts, and 14 misdemeanor charges: 11 counts of theft of movable property worth less than $2,500, five counts of criminal damage to property, resisting or obstructing an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and bail jumping, in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred Oct. 31 to Dec. 14. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until Jan. 16. • Kendra Ivanell Gile, 36, Suring, pleaded no contest to two counts of capturing an intimate representation and misdemeanor counts of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that occurred April 25. Conley approved a deferred judgment agreement for the felony counts and placed her on two years of probation with conditions for the misdemeanors. • Bond was set at $10,000 cash for Alex V. Koebach, 34, Oconto Falls, after he was charged with battery or threat to a law officer, throwing or discharging bodily fluids at a public safety worker, and misdemeanor charges of criminal damage to property, two counts of disorderly conduct and two counts of resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 28. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until Jan. 16. • Bond was set at $1,500 cash for Kayla Lynn Harris, 29, Oconto, after she was charged with battery or threat to a law officer and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer, criminal damage to property, and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 1. Conley adjourned her initial appearance until Jan. 16.
