Kelly P. Grybowski, 19, Lena, pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of intimidate victim/threaten force and a misdemeanor charge, which allegedly occurred May 17 in Oconto. A $5,000 cash bond continues. A status conference is July 10.
Leonardo Juarez, 45, Chicago, pleaded no contest to one felony charge of false imprisonment and three misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred April 29 in Oconto. The court dismissed two misdemeanor charges. Sentencing is Aug 18. A $10,000 cash bond continues.
Jeremiah J. Jagodzinski, 35, Cecil, pleaded no contest to charges of operating while intoxicated, fifth or sixth offense, on May 3 in Oconto Falls. The court revoked his $7,500 cash bond. Sentencing is Aug. 12.
Jason R. Hensel, 31, Suring, pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge and a felony charge of possession of THC, second offense, April 2 in Little Suamico. The court increased his cash bond of $200 to $1,200. An arraignment is July 10.

James L. Smithingell, 55, Little Suamico, pleaded not guilty to second degree sexual assault/unconscious victim on Jan.1 in the town of Little Suamico. A $10,000 signature bond continues. A pretrial conference is Aug. 14.
Proceedings from June 16
James B. Nowak, 56, West Bend, was sentenced to three years of incarceration and three years of extended supervision on charges of operating while intoxicated fifth or sixth offense, which occurred Nov. 22 in Oconto Falls.
Adam J. Charles, 44, Waupun, pleaded no contest to charges of medical assistance fraud, benefit rights and food stamp fraud, first offense, which occurred Oct. 1, 2012, to Aug. 31, 2013. The court sentenced him to incarceration for three years and extended supervision for three years and a total restitution of $9,950.02.
