Delivery of narcotics
A Tigerton man is facing a felony count of delivery of narcotics for allegedly selling his prescription Fentanyl patches over the past two years.
Charles A. Hintz, 69, could face a maximum 15 years in prison and $50,000 fine if convicted.
Hintz is accused of selling the narcotic pain-relief patches on a monthly basis for about $750 a month, according to the criminal complaint.
He is scheduled for an initial court appearance on Jan. 25.
Felony OWI
A Shawano man has been charged with a felony count of fifth-offense operating while intoxicated after police responded to a reckless driving complaint in the city on Christmas Day.
Anthony C. Azzolina, 39, could face a maximum six years in prison and $10,000 fine if found guilty.
Police received a complaint of a reckless driver just after midnight Friday. The suspect vehicle was located at Kwik Trip, 1241 E. Green Bay St., and Azzolina was in the store, according to the criminal complaint.
The complaint states he was unable to pass several drunken driving tests and was not able to answer whether he would submit to a breath test.
Azzolina was freed on a $3,000 signature bond and is due back in court for a preliminary hearing Feb. 18.
