Proceedings from June 26
A plea and sentencing hearing is set for July 19 for Levi J. Liebergen, 19, Oconto. He is charged with manufacturing a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested April 14 in Oconto. His $1,500 cash bond continues.
Lauren S. Ireland, 33, Green Bay, made an initial appearance on being party to burglary and theft, which allegedly took place May 10 in the town of Chase. Her appearance is continued to July 11, and a $10,000 signature bond was set.
Paul L. Linde, 65, Green Bay, was sentenced after revocation to spend a year in jail. He violated his probation by possessing drug paraphernalia. He owes court costs and fines of $722.
Sentencing will be held Aug. 13 for Khristopher S. Walker, 19, Oconto. He entered a guilty plea to sexually assaulting a child under the age of 16 on Jan. 1 in Oconto. His $7,500 cash bond continues, and he is to have no contact with the victim.
Sentencing is scheduled for Aug. 9 for Camrin C. Baierl, 22, Marinette, for seven counts of being party to burglaries between Nov. 1 and 25, 2012, in the town of Lakewood, and with burglary and theft, which took place Dec. 5, in the town of Riverview. His $5,000 cash bond continues.
John C. Birk, 47, Green Bay, was sentenced to eight years in prison, five years of confinement and three years of extended supervision, for being party to burglary, causing felony criminal damage to property, both which took place July 13 in Oconto; with being party to burglary and obstructing an officer July 30 in Suring; and being party to burglary, causing criminal damage to property and theft June 19, 2012, in the town of Gillett. He is to attend alcohol and other drug abuse assessment and receive any counseling or treatment determined.
Proceedings from June 25
Brady L. Boucher, 19, Pulaski, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for possession of drug paraphernalia, which took place May 24, 2012, in Oconto. Sentencing for possession of a controlled substance was withheld, and he was placed on probation 18 months and ordered to pay $243. He must maintain absolute sobriety, have no alcohol or illegal drugs and no contact with any drug users or sellers.
A preliminary hearing will be held July 8 for Frank Long, 31, Suring. He is accused of causing substantial battery, physical abuse of a child and disorderly conduct on June 8, 2012, in the town of How. His $5,000 cash bond continues.
Sentencing is set for Aug. 15 for Tyler J. Long, 22, Peshtigo. He is charged with being party to burglary and party to three charges of theft, which allegedly occurred Aug. 15, 2012, in the town of Pensaukee. His $5,000 cash bond continues.
Proceedings from June 24
Robert P. Dulka, 29, Green Bay, pleaded not guilty to driving while intoxicated, fourth offense, driving with blood alcohol content greater than the legal limit, fourth offense, and to possession of a controlled substance. He was arrested April 7 in the town of Little River. His pretrial conference is set for Aug. 8, and a $1,000 cash bond continues.
An arraignment is set for July 11 for Dylan M. Younger, 20, Oconto Falls. He is accused of burglary of a building, theft and possessing an illegally obtained prescription, which allegedly occurred Aug. 19 in Oconto Falls. He also faces charges of disorderly conduct and felony bail jumping, which is alleged to have taken place Nov. 29 in the town of Stiles. His $1,000 cash bond continues.
Jacob J. Prochow, 19, Mountain, entered a not guilty plea to operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent on April 7, 2012, in the town of Mountain. A hearing is scheduled for Aug. 27, and a $2,500 signature bond continues.
Jason L. Holtger, 39, Oconto, pleaded no contest to driving while intoxicated, fifth or sixth offense. He was arrested Oct. 6 in Oconto. Sentencing is set for July 19, and his $3,500 cash bond continues.
Daryl L. Upton, 34, Gillett, was ordered to pay $883 in fines and court costs and spend 60 days in jail for driving after his license was revoked. He was arrested April 10, 2011, in the town of Gillett. Also he must pay $883 in fines and court costs and spend 60 days in jail, to run consecutively, on a second charge of driving after his license was revoked on June 3. For obstructing an officer on Sept. 11, 2011, in Gillett, he was ordered to pay $243 in fines and court costs and spend four months in jail, to run consecutively to the first two jail sentences. A charge of resisting arrest on Sept. 11, 2011, was read in and dismissed .
Proceedings from June 17
Jonathan R. Frantz, 19, Green Bay, entered a no contest plea to child enticement, which took place March 9, 2012, in Lena. The court suspended judgment for six years and six months. Sentencing for felony bail jumping, causing criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct, which allegedly took place April 15, 2012, in Oconto, will be held Aug. 20. A $1,150 cash bond continues.
Thomas J. Lueck, 23, Abrams, was sentenced to two years and six months in prison for three counts of failing to pay child support between March 7, 2012, and July 16, 2010. His sentence was imposed and stayed and he was placed on probation four years. He must spend seven months in jail, maintain absolute sobriety, attend alcohol and other drug abuse assessment and follow through, and receive counseling. Six other failure to pay child support counts were read in and dismissed.
Sentencing for Joshua W. Longsine, 24, Lena, charged with possession of a controlled substance, second violation, was withheld and he was placed on probation three years with the condition he spend 30 days in jail. He was arrested Nov. 29 in the town of Abrams. He must also pay $250 DNA surcharge, $268 court costs, have no alcohol, illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia, must not be in any bars or places alcohol is sold or served, take prescribed medications and complete his present treatment. Dismissed were charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a valid license and bail jumping. On a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia on Dec. 17 in the town of Stiles, he was ordered to pay $243 court costs.
