At 8:30 a.m. Sept. 29, a car driven by a Suring man left County Road R south of County Road VV in the town of Underhill and entered a ditch on the west side of the roadway. The man stated he apparently fell asleep while driving. He was cited for failure to have his vehicle under control.
At 3 a.m. Sept. 28, a pickup truck driven by a Sobieski man left County Road S in the town of Chase and overturned. He was ejected, received serious injuries and was transported to a medical facility.
At 12:05 a.m. Sept. 29, vehicles driven by an Oconto man and a Pound man were traveling east on Delcore Road at Gallon Road in the town of Oconto. As the Oconto man attempted to make a right turn into a driveway, the Pound man was following him and hit his vehicle. Both drivers suffered injuries and were transported to a medical facility. Passengers in the Pound vehicle, a woman from Athelstane and two men from the Pound area, also were transported to a medical facility. The Oconto man was ticketed for driving while intoxicated. Both vehicles required towing.
