Valek, 24, Gillett, was sentenced to three years incarceration and three years extended supervision on a felony charge of strangulation and suffocation from Aug. 3 in the town of Gillett. Two misdemeanor charges were dismissed by the court. Proceedings from Nov. 10 Timothy D. Buchert, 35, Gillett, pleaded not guilty to one felony charge of burglary of a building or dwelling and a misdemeanor charge from Sept. 18 and 23 in Maple Valley. A $5,000 cash bond continues. A pretrial conference is Dec. 8. An initial appearance was held for Cody J. Ford, 21, De Pere, on a misdemeanor charge and a felony charge of child abuse-recklessly causing harm from Sept. 4 and Nov. 1 in Chase. The court set a $1,000 cash bond. He also has a pending Door County case. A preliminary hearing is Dec. 8. A pretrial conference was held for Paul J. A $20,000 cash bond continues. He also has a Marinette County case pending. A pretrial conference is Dec. 11. Jason A. Delebreau, 23, Rhinelander, pleaded guilty to six counts of conspiracy to commit possession with the intent to distribute schedule IV narcotics and non-narcotic drugs, party to a crime, from May 30, 2013, in Oconto. A $25,000 cash bond was revoked by the court. Vilas, Oneida and Forest counties will consolidate their cases with Oconto County. Sentencing is Dec. 30.
