An Oconto Falls woman, 64, on Aug. 24 reported an incident of identity theft after the Internal Revenue Service informed her someone had filed a tax return in her name.

A man, 33, was cited for disorderly conduct, resisting and obstructing an officer and procuring alcohol for an underage person.
