Lynne Williamson-Fullerton

Lynne Williamson-Fullerton, 52, Gillett, died Sunday evening, Sept. 6, 2015, with her family present at a Shawano area health care facility, following a long illness. She was born Oct. 7, 1962, in Shawano to Sam and Lucille (Zemke) Williamson. Lynne grew up in Gillett, where she attended public schools and graduated high school. Following graduation, she attended Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and received an associate degree. Lynne married Edward E. Fullerton, and the couple lived all of their married lives in Gillett. She was employed in the paper industry and enjoyed cooking, bowling and gathering with friends for Packers games. Survivors are her stepdaughter, Wendy (Paul) Mattlin, Stevens Point, and their sons, Brady and Carson; her five siblings, Sharon (Ron) Desten, Appleton, Barb (Bill) Nelson, Gillett, Darrell (Karen) Williamson, Green Bay, Mark (Pam) Williamson, Gillett, Lori (Bret) Jossie, Howard; nieces and nephews; two very special nieces and their families, Amy (Mike) Umentum, and their children, Mitchell and Emily, and Dawn Nelson and daughter, Trinity. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Ed, in 2005. Visitation will be held after 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 10, at Jones Funeral Service in Oconto Falls until the time of service. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev. Michael Paholke officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Suring. The Fullerton and Williamson families would like to thank Lynne’s close friend and caregiver, Jane Winkler, and ThedaCare Hospice for all the care and consideration they gave Lynne during her illness.
