Sept. 9 Deputies logged 27 incidents including the following: Accident - Authorities investigated a report of a unoccupied vehicle with no licence plate in the ditch on Lower Road in Sobieski. Miscellaneous - Authorities investigated a report from a parent on Molitor Road in Lena who said his 15-year-old daughter receive pornographic messages on her cell phone, and a male party wanted to meet her for sex. Accident - Authorities investigated an accident on Chicken Shack Road in Oconto in which a vehicle rolled over and hit an electrical box, knocking out power in the area. Disturbance - Authorities assisted Chrysler World on County Road EE in Abrams with a person who caused a disturbance when he picked up his vehicle that was towed to the business. Animal Problem - Authorities investigated two reports of a mule on state Highway 64 in Pound. Sept. 8 Deputies logged 19 incidents including the following: Accident - Authorities investigated a report of an accident on Oak Orchard Road in Abrams in which a vehicle hit a driveway and landed in the ditch. Welfare Check - Authorities investigated a report in Suring of three children living with a registered sex offender while their mother is out of town. Domestic - Authorities investigated a report of a man outside a home on Van Dyke Street in Oconto who had lacerations to his chest and arms. Theft - Authorities investigated a report of an ATV that broke down on a trail by Loon Rapids Road in Mountain. When the owner returned to pick it up, it was gone. Sept. 7 Deputies logged 35 incidents including the following: Ambulance - Authorities assisted a 58-year-old man on Waschbisch Road in Oconto Falls believed to be highly intoxicated and unresponsive. Traffic Hazard - Authorities investigated a report of a ladder in the southbound lanes of U.S. Highway 141, north of Lena. EM 1 - Authorities investigated a report of a teenage girl who stepped in front of a vehicle on North Maple Avenue in Oconto Falls. Accident - Authorities investigated a report of a two-vehicle accident on Jack Pine Camp Road in Lakewood, with three people with possible injuries. Accident - Authorities investigated a report of a man who was hit while riding his bike on County Road A and Shallow Lane in Lena. The vehicle that hit the man left the scene. Sept. 6 Deputies logged 34 incidents including the following: Disturbance - Authorities investigated a report of a woman who was intoxicated and causing a scene on state Highway 22/32 in Gillett. Property Damage - Authorities investigated a report of some cattle that caused damage on Woodview Road in Oconto. Death Investigation - Authorities investigated a report of a 2-month-old infant on Parkway Road in Pound who had stopped breathing. Disorderly Conduct - Authorities investigated a report from a motel on Business 41 in Oconto. A person caused a disturbance while checking in and damaged the parking lot and driveway when he left. Welfare Check - Authorities investigated a report of an intoxicated woman with a baby who left Linda’s Pour Haus on state Highway 32 in Lakewood. Sept. 5 Deputies logged 47 incidents including the following: Accident - Authorities investigated a report of a motorcycle accident on state Highway 22 /32 on the roundabout in Gillett. ATV Complaint - Authorities investigated a report of ATV speeding up and down Peshtigo Brook Road in Suring. Traffic Hazard - Authorities investigated a report of a truck that lost six bales of hay on state Highway 32 and County Road S in Pulaski. Burglary - Authorities investigated a report of motorcycle stolen from a cabin on Maple Acres Lane in Townsend. Sept. 4 Deputies logged 36 incidents including the following: Agency Assist - Authorities assisted the Marinette Sheriff Department with a two-vehicle accident with an entrapment and vehicle fire on state Highway 64 and County Road ZZ near Meatski’s in Pound. Drugs - Authorities investigated a report of juveniles smoking marijuana on County Road I in Oconto Falls. Traffic Miscellaneous - Authorities investigated a report of a truck with a small child standing on the front seat, unrestrained, on U.S. Highway 141 northbound in Lena. Property Damage - Authorities investigated a report of a large motorhome that damaged a new road on North Wapota Drive in Townsend. Sept. 3 Deputies logged 31 incidents including the following: Accident - Authorities investigated a report of a vehicle that hit a pig on County Road M in Suring; the pig was alive. Weapon Offense - Authorities investigated a report of a truck on County Road J and Oak Orchard Road in Abrams in which someone was shooting a gun out the window. Underage Alcohol - Authorities investigated a report of an underage drinking and possible marijuana party on Moody Road in Abrams. Welfare Check - Authorities investigated a report from the Two Rivers Police Department of a man suffering from depression who hadn’t been heard from since Sept. 1. Accident - Authorities investigated a report of a two-vehicle accident on U.S. Highway 41/141 in Little Suamico.
