Brabant, 62, Oconto Falls, not guilty of three counts of repeated sexual assault of same child (at least three violations of first-degree sexual assault) from Nov. 1, 2010, to Dec. 31, 2013, in Oconto Falls. Proceedings from Sept. 24 A bail/bond hearing was held for Heidi M. Peterson, 19, Abrams, on felony charges of second-degree recklessly endangering safety (five counts) and a misdemeanor charge, which allegedly occurred Sept. 23 in Pensaukee. The court set a $15,000 cash bond. A continued initial appearance is Oct. 8. A bail/bond hearing was held for Cory M. Branch, 27, Townsend, on felony charges of possession of a firearm by a felon (repeater), second-degree recklessly endanger safety (repeater) and a misdemeanor charge. which allegedly occurred Sept. 22 in Townsend. The court set a $50,000 cash bond. A continued initial appearance is Oct. 8. Proceedings from Sept. 21 A waiver plea hearing was held for John J. Osmond, 32, Oconto. He pleaded no contest to a felony charge of possession of THC (second-plus offense) and a misdemeanor charge, from April 8 in Oconto. A $200 cash bond continues. Sentencing is Nov. 2. A waiver preliminary hearing/arraignment was held for Tyler J. Wolf, 25 Oconto. He pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse repeater) and three misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred Aug. 13 in Oconto. A $20,000 cash bond continues. A status conference and possible plea and sentencing hearing are Oct. 7. Proceedings from Sept. 18 An arraignment was held for Corey W. Stewart, 21, Oconto. He pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of manufacturing/delivering THC (repeater) and a misdemeanor charge, which allegedly occurred Sept. 8 in Oconto. A $2,500 cash bond continues. A pretrial conference is Oct. 8. A waiver preliminary hearing/plea hearing was held for Megan M. Leathers, 36, Oconto. She pleaded no contest to a felony charge of operating while intoxicated and bail jumping April 12 and Aug. 2 in Little River. The court revoked the $20,000 cash bond. Sentencing is Oct. 15.
