Keith Sexton, 62, Pensaukee, died Friday, Dec. 18, 2015, at home. He was born July 5, 1953, in Milwaukee to Earl “Huntz” and LaVerne (Bourasa) Sexton. As a young boy, Keith moved with his family to Stiles where he attended Oconto Falls Public Schools, graduating from high school with the Class of 1971.
Keith married Linda Rice, and they had one daughter, Amanda, together. Keith lived in Oconto County for most of his life and was employed in manufacturing in the Green Bay area. He later married Carla Halverson, and they had two sons together, Phillip and David.
Keith will be fondly remembered for his good sense of humor, enjoying time with his children and grandchildren and his PBR time.
Survivors are his two sons, Phillip (Margo Franks) Sexton, California; David (Crystal) Sexton, Krakow; stepdaughter, Kim, of Kelly Lake; one son-in-law, Nate Sutrick, Chase; eight grandchildren, Trinity and Karlyn Sexton; Gavin and Griffin Sutrick; Paige, Kriedra, Tylee and Braeden; one brother, Mark Sexton, Houston, Texas; three sisters, Linda (Edward) Christensen, Pound; Denise (Gary) Guelig, Stiles; Lisa (Richard) Treptow, Oconto Falls; many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Amanda K. Sutrick, on Dec. 11, 2013.
Visitation with the urn present will be held after noon Friday, Jan. 8, 2016, at Jones Funeral Service, 107 S. Franklin St., Oconto Falls, until the time of service. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with his cousin, Mary Holzberger, presiding. Burial will follow in the family plot in St. Patrick Cemetery, Stiles.
The Sexton family would like to thank Susan Younger for the care and concern she showed Keith over the years. It’s so appreciated.
