Pulaski’s Maggie Gerth placed sixth and teammate Emerson Fabry was seventh among female cross country runners at the De Pere Invitational at UW-Green Bay on Sept. 4.
Emma Meissner, of Oconto Falls, placed 17th, while Shawano’s Bailey Hendricks was 26th.
Addie Bruckert, of Pulaksi, ran to a 32nd place finish, and teammate Cameran Reiss was 44th.
Lily Meissner, of Oconto Falls, was 50th.
Also in the top 100 were Maci Beyer, Shawano, 61st; Hope Soper, Gillett, 76th; Amanda Pate, Gillett, 79th; Aspynn Anderson, Lena/St. Thomas Aquinas Academy, 90th; and Alisa Finger, Lena/STAA, 99th.
Leading are boys was Parker Marshall, of Pulaski, who placed eighth. Teammates Arden Gillen was 17th, Mitchell Pilon was 28th and Dayne Groth was 36th.
Shawano’s Josiah Kuehl placed 40th, and teammate Aloysius Frechette was 63rd.
Pulaski’s Ben Augustine was 80th, followed by Oconto Falls’ Isaiah Holtz in 81st.
Marathon Invitational
Wittenberg-Birnamwood’s girls placed third and the boys eighth.
Rory Salveson led the girls with a 10th place finish in 21:08. She was followed by Nora Bushman in 12th, Harper Krull in 16th, Gabrielle Timm in 30th and Lilyana Groh in 42nd.
Leading the boys was Jonas Bushman in 63rd in 20:17. He was followed by Marty Nowinsky in 66th, Dalton Fletcher in 79th, Milo Salveson in 89th and Teagon Stewart in 130th.
