• Andrew R. Krueger, 37, Oconto Falls, pleaded no contest to manufacture with intent to deliver methamphetamine, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 6, 2023. Conley scheduled sentencing for July 17 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.
• An Oct. 15-16 jury trial was scheduled for Frank M. Calvert, 61, Oconto, on two counts of recklessly endangering safety, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 23. Judge Jeffrey Wisnicky scheduled a final pre-trial conference for Sept. 20, with any motions to be reviewed or heard by the court to be filed by June 20.
• Rebecca A. Krueger, 41, Oconto Falls, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to theft of movable property-special facts, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 14. Conley scheduled a pre-trial conference for July 18.
