Proceedings of May 29 • A $2,500 signature bond was set for Nathan Edward Mocco, 39, Coleman, after he was charged with strangulation and suffocation, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 27. Proceedings of May 28 • Andrew R. Krueger, 37, Oconto Falls, pleaded no contest to manufacture with intent to deliver methamphetamine, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 6, 2023. Conley scheduled sentencing for July 17 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation. • An Oct. 15-16 jury trial was scheduled for Frank M. Calvert, 61, Oconto, on two counts of recklessly endangering safety, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 23. Judge Jeffrey Wisnicky scheduled a final pre-trial conference for Sept. 20, with any motions to be reviewed or heard by the court to be filed by June 20. • Rebecca A. Krueger, 41, Oconto Falls, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to theft of movable property-special facts, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 14. Conley scheduled a pre-trial conference for July 18. Proceedings of May 24 • Cody A. Pratt, 30, Oconto Falls, pleaded no contest to child abuse intentionally causing harm and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that occurred Oct. 30, 2023. Conley scheduled sentencing for July 22 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation. Proceedings of May 23 • Bond was set at $15,000 cash for Brad M. Breuninger, 49, Pound, after he was charged with second-degree sexual assault with the use of force and second-degree sexual assault of an intoxicated victim, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 2. Conley scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 4. Proceedings of May 21 • Bond was set at $10,000 cash for Mark A. Gerow, 61, Kaukauna, after he was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, two counts of felony bail jumping, a misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 18.
