• Judge Katherine Sloma on April 8 sentenced Allan F. Behm, 57, Birnamwood, to 14 years in prison, followed by 10 years of extended supervision, for repeated sexual assault of the same child. A jury found Behm guilty Jan. 17 after a three-day trial. • Joshua A. Behreandt, 41, Tigerton, pleaded no contest Feb. 16 to five counts of possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a felony. On April 12, Judge William Kussel Jr. withheld sentencing and placed him on five years of probation with conditions to include 10 months in county jail. • Latasha J. Linders, 43, Shawano, pleaded no contest April 12 to possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma withheld sentencing and placed her on probation for three years. • Bart R. Boivin, 52, Rochester, Minnesota, was charged April 8 with possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $250 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 18. • Kellie J. Bohm, 40, Shawano, was charged April 8 with six counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for April 22. • Pebbles L. Sanapaw, 42, Shawano, was charged April 8 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, three counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for April 25. • Logan J. McGeshick-Savola, 24, Bowler, was charged April 9 with two counts of second-degree sexual assault, false imprisonment, two misdemeanor counts of battery and misdemeanor charges of possession of THC and disorderly conduct. Kussel set bond at $50,000 cash and scheduled a preliminary hearing for April 17. • Nathaniel J. Robinson, 32, Bowler, was charged April 9 with possession with intent to deliver amphetamine or methamphetamine, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), and possession of narcotic drugs. Kussel set a $2,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for April 15. • Carla R. Cooper, 46, Tigerton, was charged April 9 with fleeing an officer in her vehicle and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a $2,500 cash bond, and on April 12, Sloma scheduled a status conference for May 23. • Anthony B. Kotula Jr., 28, Gresham, was charged April 10 with fleeing an officer in his vehicle and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $3,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for April 16.
