Ho-Chunk Gaming Wittenberg, an exceptional gaming and hotel facility in north central Wisconsin, recently received the Large Business of the Year Award for 2023 from the Wittenberg Area Chamber of Commerce.
The award called attention to community involvement, generation of economic traffic and local business support.
“Ho-Chunk Gaming Wittenberg is grateful and honored to receive the Large Business of the Year Award for 2023,” said Fletcher Collins, executive manager. “We are blessed with a team that produces every day to provide an enjoyable gaming and hospitality experience. The attraction we provide to this community adds to the village of Wittenberg’s tourism and further adds to our local economy. We have worked hard to establish our facility in a highly competitive gaming industry region.”
The chamber thought it important to recognize and express gratitude for a large business that positively impacts the communities that surround it.

The Large Business of the Year award is a first for the Wittenberg Area Chamber of Commerce. The chamber is a volunteer-based, not-for-profit membership organization that advocates and works with member businesses in the Wittenberg area. They work to ensure the community’s small and large businesses thrive to ensure economic, civic and cultural well-being for those residing in the area.
Ho-Chunk Gaming Wittenberg provides a wonderful gaming experience, fantastic entertainment and luxurious hotel accommodations along with pleasant customer service. The company was also recognized in January by the Shawano Country Chamber of Commerce as its 2023 Business of the Year.

Ho-Chunk Gaming Wittenberg has been in business since 2008, with a major expansion in 2018, which included gaming space and the addition of a luxury hotel.
