UW-Eau Claire The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire awarded 648 degrees in December 2023. Local students who received degrees and their fields of study are: • Bonduel: Alexia Folkman, Bachelor of Arts, arts and sciences. • Caroline: Justin Wuske, Bachelor of Science, arts and sciences. • Lena: Cameron Mercier, Bachelor of Science, nursing and health sciences. UW-Whitewater Paige Willer from Pulaski and Peyton McGinnis from Mountain, who are both studying special education at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, are representing the university as student teachers during the spring 2024 semester. Willer, a student in UW-Whitewater’s College of Education and Professional Studies, is serving as a student teacher in special education in the Milton School District through the end of the school year. McGinnis, also a student in UW-Whitewater’s College of Education and Professional Studies, is serving as a student teacher in special education in the West De Pere School District.
