• Ger Vue, 32, Wausau, pleaded no contest Nov. 29 to three counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge Katherine Sloma sentenced him to 60 days in jail and levied $2,282 in fines and court costs. • John F Braz, 50, Shawano, pleaded no contest Nov. 29 to battery or threat to a law officer and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct, criminal trespass to property, and resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma withheld sentencing on the felony count and placed him on three years of probation, and sentenced him to 60 days in jail and court costs for the misdemeanors. • Destinee A. Long-Reed, 19, Shawano, pleaded no contest Nov. 29 to four counts of felony bail jumping, possession of THC (second and subsequent offense), possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma withheld sentencing and placed her on four years of probation with conditions. • Charles R. Terrio, 40, Shawano, pleaded no contest Nov. 30 to possession of methamphetamine and fleeing an officer in his vehicle. Sloma withheld sentencing and placed him on three years of probation with conditions including 90 days in jail. • Timothy A. Duncan, 36, a Marathon County Jail inmate, pleaded no contest Nov. 29 to four counts of felony bail jumping, possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma levied fines and sentenced him to 180 days in jail. • Camellia R. Muhs, 33, Mattoon, pleaded no contest Nov. 28 to possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma withheld sentencing and placed her on three years of probation with conditions. • Shawnee E. Gauthier, 48, Shawano, was charged Nov. 27 with two counts of felony bail jumping. Judge William Kussel Jr. set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Dec. 7. • Ricky B. Burr, 61, Gresham, was charged Nov. 27 with first-degree recklessly endangering safety. Kussel set a $10,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Jan. 22. • Landon G. Duffeck, 18, Bonduel, was charged Nov. 28 with feeling an officer in his vehicle, second-degree recklessly endangering safety and two counts of felony bail jumping. • Mark A. Ciboski, 49, Shawano, was charged Nov. 29 with felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor charge of retail theft. Kussel set a $250 cash bond, Ciboski waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty, and Kussel scheduled a plea and sentencing hearing for Jan. 31. • Darmen L. Cloud, 30, Suring, was charged Nov. 30 with possession of narcotic drugs and misdemeanor counts of bail jumping, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $1,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Jan. 23. • Daniel K. Reiter, 37, Birnamwood, was charged Nov. 30, with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $1,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Dec. 1. Reiter failed to appear at the Dec. 1 hearing, and Kussel issued a bench warrant.
