New business offers jolts of flavor

Jolted is now open for business, offering a unique and delicious experience for locals and visitors alike, announced the Tourism and Economic Development Corporation of the Oconto Region (TEDCOR). Located in the heart of Suring, this new business is a one-stop-shop for all things tasty and handcrafted. The freeze-dried goodies are made on site in their licensed kitchen, using all of their favorite candies and combining them with unique recipes. Customers can sample some of the creations and experience the “JOLT of flavor that follows.” From classic favorites to new and exciting flavors, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Jolted also offers a variety of coffee drinks that are specially crafted with freshly ground beans from Primal Eats. Featuring Columbian, Peruvian, Brazilian and Costa Rican beans, customers can choose from three varieties: Swamp’r, Timb’r or Squatch. Customers can take home a sample bag or 12-ounce bag of their favorite blend. What truly sets this business apart is its commitment to supporting local artists and artisans. The shop features a variety of crafts, photography, digital art, handmade wood and beaded work, and all-natural products, all made by local folks — close friends, family, and neighbors. This not only supports the local economy but also offers customers a unique and one-of-a-kind shopping experience. “We are thrilled to welcome Jolted to Suring,” said Samantha Routheau, Oconto County tourism director. “This business not only offers delicious treats and coffee, but also supports our local community and economy. We encourage everyone to stop in, say hello, and enjoy a new way to enjoy your favorite candy, try a special coffee, find a unique gift, or just sit and relax in their cozy little shop.” Jolted is located at 714 Main St. and is open 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesdays and Fridays and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays.
